Is the BIB really guaranteed?

Yes. General race registrations are already sold out, but a pool of BIBs is reserved exclusively for package buyers. As soon as your payment goes through your race entry is locked in - buying a package is now the only way to secure a spot on the start line.

What if I can't come anymore?

You can cancel under our standard cancellation policy. Refund terms depend on how close to the event you cancel - full details in the Terms & Conditions you accept at checkout. For special cases write to valtellinawt@adviaggi.it.

Can my partner who doesn't run join me?

Yes. Pick "1 BIB" and then "With another person" - your companion shares the room, the breakfast and all the included experiences (dinner, winery tour, spa). They just don't get a race BIB.

Can I request different dates or number of people?

Sure. Email us at valtellinawt@adviaggi.it with what you have in mind, or simply book the option closest to your needs and request changes afterwards - AD Travel will adjust the details with you directly.

Do I need to speak Italian?

No. AD Travel manages all your bookings in English: hotel reservation, BIB pickup, transfers, restaurants. Race assistance and the start village also have English-speaking staff.
